For companies that build industrial equipment

Idle capacity.

You build machines that run for decades. New business still runs on the last trade show and on whoever calls with a referral. That is a network. It has carried you a long way, but you cannot schedule it, and you cannot tell why it went quiet.

There are four ways to reach a buyer who has never heard of you. Most equipment makers run one. The rest sit on the floor, still in the crate. We commission them.

Where the buyer is

Nobody searches for your company name.

A plant engineer with a failing line does not wait for the next show. They search for the symptom, the spec and the lead time. Procurement builds a shortlist before anyone talks to a rep. More of them now ask an AI assistant for the names, and it answers with whoever wrote the clearest page about the problem.

So the real questions look more like these:

  • who can service this line without flying a tech in
  • retrofit or replace, and what does downtime cost us
  • parts availability for an older model
  • which vendors meet our validation requirements

If your firm is missing from those answers, the order goes to someone who is there. Often a smaller company with a better page.

The unrun channel

Every shop has one channel it meant to start.

Usually it is outbound. Sometimes it is content. It never ran because nobody owned it. Or it ran once: a list bought in bulk, one template, silence or angry replies. Then it went back in the crate with a note that said "does not work for our market."

That attempt failed for reasons you can name. Volume replaced research, and nobody read a message before it went out. Fix those two things and the same channel behaves like a different machine.

How a channel gets commissioned

Specify. Build. Run. Hand over.

Specify

We agree the baseline first: what you run today and what it produces. Then the accounts, and the people inside them who sign for equipment like yours.

Build

The data, the messages, pages that answer a buyer's real questions, and the search work that puts you on an AI shortlist.

Run

Each message is researched and written for one named person, and a human reviews it before it goes. We contact people for a real reason and stop the moment they ask. We keep running until the channel produces pipeline against that baseline.

Hand over

You get the playbook, the data, the sequences, and people on your side trained to run it. The engine is yours. We leave.
